QB
Joe Flacco – In 4 home games Joe is averaging 317.8 yards and 1.8 TD’s. In 4 road games Joe is averaging 179.8 yards
and .8 TD’s. Good news, he’s at home
against the Raiders this week and they allow the 9th most fantasy
points to QB’s. He's the perfect bye week replacement for Rodgers and RGIII
Ryan Tannehill – This week Tannehill faces Tennessee who allows the 3rd most
fantasy points, 4th most yards, most passing TD’s and most
completions to QB’s. He’s coming off a 290 yard 1 TD effort against the Colts,
so a 2 TD performance is not out of the question against the Titans.
RB
Marcel Reece – When McFadden and Goodson went down it
was Reece who took over as the primary back.
He caught 8 balls for 95 yards! If McFadden and Goodson are out this
week, he is a high upside flex and RB2 upside in PPR against the Ravens who
allow the 8th most fantasy points to RB’s.
Joique Bell – Last week’s flier, Bell carried the ball 13 times for 73
yards and 1 TD. Most of his damage occurred in mop up duties against the
Jaguars, but that’s likely the case again this week against a Vikings team that
may not have Percy Harvin. Bell is also used mostly on 3rd downs and
the Vikings allow the 4th most receiving yards to RB’s.
RB Flier’s
James Starks – Packers are on bye Week 10, but Starks got
the start and 17 carries in week 9.
Mike Goodson – Goodson has the upside if McFadden is
out an extended period of time, but Goodson is dealing with his own ankle
injury. Note: soft run schedule ahead.
WR
Emmanuel Sanders – With Antonio Brown’s availability in doubt
(“mild” high ankle sprain), Sanders will likely draw the start this week
opposite Mike Wallace on Monday Night Football.
With Brown and possibly Rainey out, Sanders offers upside in return
yardage leagues as well.
Danario Alexander – With Meachem unsure to return against
the Bucs, Alexander could draw the start after Norv Turner said he will
maintain a big role going forward. The
Bucs are allowing the 3rd most fantasy points to WR’s and second
most yards (they already had their bye, Wash who has given up the most has their
bye this week).
WR Flier’s
T.Y. Hilton and Donnie Avery:
Hilton
- 17 targets in last two games and coming off a 102 yard 1 TD effort against
the Dolphins.
Avery
– 15 targets in last two games and coming off a 108 yard effort against the
Dolphins.
Both
of these receivers are taking advantage of the attention that Reggie Wayne is
getting and Coby Fleener’s absence are are serviceable bye week WR3’s.
Golden Tate – 13 targets, 11 receptions and 2 TD’s in last two
games. Tate is at home this week and he
has 4 TD’s in last 3 home games.
TE
Brandon Myers – In the last 4 weeks since the bye,
Myers is averaging 8.25 targets and 5.75 receptions a game. With a hurting
running game and Carson Palmer coming off a 414 yard 4 TD effort Myers should
continue being a PPR asset as he faces the Ravens this week who allow the 6th
most receiving yards and 12th most fantasy points to TE’s.
