According to Fantasy Football Calculator and based on over a
thousand mock drafts since August 1st, Kelvin Benjamin’s ADP (average draft
position) has climbed from 11.06 to 9.06 as of this posting (Aug 12th) in 12
team PPR.
The stage is set for a meteoric rise in
draft position for Kelvin Benjamin. The hype and buzz was there all training
camp and his first preseason action saw him net one reception on two targets
for a falling but spectacular 29 yard end zone catch. In Week 2 he is expected
to get his first live game action with QB Cam Newton. If all goes as planned,
expect him to jump from a low WR3 to possibly a low WR2 this time next week.
The targets will be there, and he's proven critics wrong about dropped passes.
He is the Panthers number 1 WR and a threat to score every time the Panthers
enter the red zone.
